By using siterowanfield.click or enquiring about training from Siterowanfield Training (Pty) Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Services described
This website describes facilitated cyber hygiene training for office staff, including workshops, clinics, inductions, and briefings. Descriptions are informational. A separate written estimate or confirmation governs a booked engagement.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials, habit cards, scenario sheets, and website content remain the property of Siterowanfield Training (Pty) Ltd unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may keep materials provided for your staff’s internal use after a paid session. You may not resell, republish, or present our materials as your own training product.
Bookings and conduct
Clients provide a suitable room and accurate information about group size. Participants are expected to engage respectfully. We may pause a session if behaviour prevents delivery.
Liability
Training improves awareness of everyday habits. It does not guarantee that incidents will never occur, and it is not a substitute for technical security controls, legal advice, or insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim arising from website use or training delivery is limited to the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep rates and descriptions current. We may update pages without notice. If a website figure differs from a written estimate, the written estimate controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts in the Western Cape have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
