Session guide
How a training day unfolds on your floor
A clear walkthrough of our cyber hygiene workshops for office staff — what we ask beforehand, what staff do in the room, and what managers receive afterwards.
-
Briefing call
We speak with your office manager or HR contact about team size, roles that handle payments or visitors, and any near-misses you are willing to mention. No technical audit is required.
-
Room and timing
You provide a quiet space with a screen. We agree a half-day block that fits lunch and reception coverage so the floor is not left empty.
-
Opening and desk reality
The facilitator maps how your desks, printers, and visitor flow actually work, then sets expectations: this session is about habits at the chair, not network configuration.
-
Exercises
Staff work through printed email samples, password and lock-screen scenarios, and clean-desk checks. Discussion stays practical and paced for mixed experience levels.
-
Reporting pathway
Together we name who receives a concern on your site and practise a calm first sentence so people know what to say when something feels wrong.
-
Close-out
Habit cards stay with the team. Managers who attend the optional close-out receive a one-page summary within five working days.
