Registered business
The official registered business name is Siterowanfield Training (Pty) Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Cape Town to deliver face-to-face cyber hygiene training for office staff across South Africa’s Western Cape.
A short history
In the early years we worked with branch offices that had already bought technical controls but still saw visitor badges left on desks and sticky-note passwords in shared drawers. Managers asked for sessions staff would remember on Monday morning — not another slide pack about firewalls.
By 2021 we had shaped a repeatable half-day workshop, then added shorter phishing clinics, new-starter desk inductions, and manager briefings so supervisors would reinforce the same message. Today we still deliver in meeting rooms and on open floors, using printed scenarios and habit cards rather than product demos.
How we work
We listen to how reception, finance, and admin actually move through their day. Exercises follow that reality: rushed payment requests, shared PCs, and visitors at the front desk. Facilitators stay approachable; the goal is confidence at the desk, not fear.
